Having been closed since late March, we couldn’t be happier to finally begin seeing the light at the end of the lockdown tunnel. And good news, you can say goodbye to DIY haircuts and be reunited with your Gregory Max barbers!
With the government guidelines in mind, we have been given the go-ahead to reopen on the 4th July. However, as expected, visiting our barbers will be slightly different from what you are used to as we have put in place several safety measures. These have been designed to protect both our customers and staff, preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Measures We Have Put In Place:
To ensure that our premises can remain as safe and hygienic as possible, there will be slight alterations to your visit. First and foremost, all barbers will be wearing PPE at all times, including both gloves and face masks. We will also be asking every client to wear the same throughout their visit. If you have PPE already, then feel free to bring this along with you, but if not, we will have plenty of complimentary gloves and face masks that you can use.
Every station will be equipped with a hand sanitising point, so do not hesitate to use these throughout your visit. After every cut, the work station will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the next client.
Although the two-metre distancing rule has been slightly relaxed, we will still be ensuring that clients do not have to come in close contact with one another. This means that we will only be allowing three customers to wait on the bench at any one time.
If you do experience any symptoms of the Coronavirus or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, then we ask you to please reschedule your visit for a later date.
The above measures have been implemented to ensure that we can keep Gregory Max as safe as possible. We are keeping an eye out for any changes in government guidelines that may impact our processes and will update our website should there be any alterations.
We Look Forward To Seeing You!
If you are planning a visit to Gregory Max, our usual walk-in system will be in place. There will be no need to book an appointment, but please be mindful that we are likely to be very busy for the first few weeks after our reopening.
If you have any questions regarding visiting Gregory Max during the pandemic, then please do not hesitate to contact us. Your safety is our priority, so we would be more than happy to answer any queries that you may have.
We are looking forward to seeing you all very soon!
