To protect our staff and clients, all barbers will be equipped with a visor during your appointment. We also ask that clients bring a face mask that goes behind the ears, not the head; if you do not have a face mask, then all Gregory Max clients will be provided with one free of charge.
We kindly ask that you abide by our ticket system, whereby you take a ticket upon your arrival and wait for one of our barbers to give you an estimated time in which they are able to cut your hair. There will also be a price increase of just £1 on all services to cover the cost of PPE for our barbers’ protection.
When entering the barbers, you will be asked to provide your name, contact information and the date and time you were present. Recording customers is now a legal requirement, as it helps to track and trace the coronavirus, so please corporate with the team.
If you have any coronavirus symptoms stated on the NHS website or feel unwell, please do not visit our barbers. Please also note that consumption of food or drink during services, other than bottled water, is prohibited until further notice. Additionally to this, you must attend alone, unless you are accompanying a child for their hair service.
We understand that the circumstances are a little strange, but we kindly ask that you remain patient with the team, as they are trying their best to maintain a safe environment for all. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
